The structure of the game plan

The game plan has three strategic models
1. Sporting model for girls and women
- The world's best children's football:
What are we doing to recruit, develop and retain more girls in football? - Talent development:
What are we doing to ensure that our greatest talents have the opportunity to realize their potential? - Top club and national team:
What are we doing to ensure that the top levels of Norwegian women's football are competitive internationally?
2. Commercial model increased revenue and attendance
- How can we increase attendance and create new revenue in women's football?
3. Recruitment model for women in football
- What are we doing to increase the proportion of women in coaching, refereeing and management roles in Norwegian football?
The strategic models are divided into three levels, inspired by the structure of the game:
Attack:
New and bold initiatives. Requires new funding to be implemented. Can create a big impact if we succeed.
Midfield:
Existing measures that are reinforced to create good development.
Defense:
Measures that are already part of our core business. Existing, important and robust measures that are being continued.
